October Highlights

Tiny Tumblers

The children had lots of fun using our Tiny Tumblers obstacle course set.  The children balanced, hopped and crawled through it.  Lots of fun had by all.

The children loved experimenting!  First we started with "Sink and Float", they loved guessing whether or not the items would sink or float.  Then "Magic Milk", "Lava Lamps", "Glow in the Dark Slime" and "Fluffy Stuff"

Country Pumpkin Field Trip - Our trip to the Country Pumpkin was a huge success!  The children loved feeding the animals and playing on the playground equipment. 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

Favorites Day - Today we made playdoh! :-)  Everyone had an opportunity to add ingredients and stir.  This time we added Kool-Aid to our playdoh for an extra sensory experience.   Here are a few pictures from the day.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



Halloween Week - This week we focused on all things Halloween!  :)  We made a jack-o-lantern craft and spider webs.  Then we had our Halloween Celebration, all of the children dressed in costumes and were ready for a day of crafts (jack-o-lanterns that glow), playing games and "Trick-or-Treating" around the centre.  Here are some photos from our activities.

The children had a lot of fun creating their jack-o-lanterns!
